John R. Asked:
“How do you approach the daily challenges of Parkinson’s gives you and what advice do you have for managing the physical symptoms?”
Hi John, I approach each day with determination and a reminder to be patiently persistent. Parkinson’s presents new challenges all the time, but by taking things one step at a time and focusing on solutions rather than problems, I’m able to keep moving forward.
To help manage the symptoms, try to stay active and keep moving, even when it’s hard. Exercise helps manage physical symptoms, and regular movement can slow down the progression of the disease. It’s also important to work with a healthcare professional to find the right exercises for your condition. – Frank

Pete M. Asked:
“How do you find strength on difficult days? Are you hopeful for the future?”
Hi Pete, I draw strength from my support system, my faith, and the knowledge that I’ve faced and overcome challenges before. Reflecting on past successes helps me find the courage to keep going, even when the road ahead looks tough. I stay hopeful by focusing on the progress I’ve made and the goals I still want to achieve. Hope comes from knowing that while Parkinson’s is part of my life, it doesn’t define who I am or what I can accomplish.
